[COMMON PIPISTRELLE BAT BEEGUH]

Specie: --- Urh... I must ask Boursin first !
Height: 6 cm
Wing scale : 20cm
Weight : 8g
Familiar : [none]

------------------------------------------

He was quite the "hyper" boy, jumping and flying all around the cave, looking at everything with stars in his eyes and asking questions about everything.
He wasn't blind as Jackenote first thought when he found him under the sun, but his sight was indeed really weak and he seems to want to "touch" things to better see them.
After few books fallen, a glass of milk broken and some medecinal herbs down Jacke took a net to stop the small but effective disaster.
But silence came first. The small thing stopped on Jacke's desk and stared silently at the ink bottles of the scribe.

- Okay son, it's delicate stuff here, don't mov...
- You have all of them !!!!!
- What ?
- All the colors ! You have all the colors in your bottles !!

The small creature explained that before leaving the camp, before being adopted by a spirit he wanted to paint his friends on his wings to keep them in memory.
Jacke asked what friends he was talking about as the little fellow seemed so alone in the wood.
Stars he replied.
The boy couldn't see anything clearly but he could hear stars and was used to listen to them all night long.

Jacke would probably not admit it in front of anyone. But he smiled slowly at the bat and reply.

- No way small one, I won't let you touch any of my bottles of ink...
But come with me, you need some paint for this job.

From Wikipedia, "The common pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pipistrellus)"; so yours must be some variant of that name. :-)
